This course is a part of standard 100 hours Yoga TTC according to International Yoga Alliance . It will cover Asanas according to Hatha and Ashtanga yoga styles, pranayama, meditation, mantra, yoga philosophy, yoga anatomy, yogic nutrition, naturopathy, Ayurveda, aura check up, chakra dis-balance, and suggestions about special Vedic practices and herbs. The course can be done first two weeks of the month for beginners and last two weeks of the month for experienced practitioners.
